The role:

The Sales Account Administrator is responsible for providing assistance to the Account Management team through completing tasks associated with retention and management of Tyro's existing customer base.

Your duties will include:

  • Collaborate with the account management team to provide customers with documentation for Tyro's services
  • Upon receipt of documentation, review documents for completeness and "verifiable" information.
  • Resolve inconsistencies through contact with merchant.
  • Follow up on requested documentation not received in time frame necessary to meet and exceed merchant expectations.
  • Work with the application specialist team to on-board customers into Tyro systems
  • Assist the account management team with pricing of existing customers
  • Accurate data Entry

What we are looking for:

  • Competent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Accurate data entry with excellent attention to detail
  • Must thrive working as an autonomous, individual contributor and concomitantly displays a high degree of personal responsibility
  • Empathetic listener and avid problem solver
  • Is proactive: takes the opportunity to 'lean in' where possible and appropriate, contributing to team tasks and projects
