Junior Office All Rounder
Advanced Fresh Concepts ('AFC') is Australia's leading supplier of fresh sushi, with over 160 locations nationally. AFC has been operating in Woolworths under the Sushi Izu brand since 2011.
We are looking for an exceptional, passionate and committed individual to join our head office team. This is an excellent opportunity for enthusiastic candidate with “can do” attitude to grow in a professional office environment.
Job:
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- General admin duties such as filling and scanning documents
- Management and organization of incoming and outgoing stock, couriers and postage
- Ensuring office is neat and presentable at all times
- Various admin ad hoc tasks when required
Are you:
- Well organised and have exceptional time management skills
- Highly motivated and the ability to learn new skills “on the go”
- Work autonomously and as a part of a team
- Possess a strong work ethic and can-do attitude
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Experience is preferable, but not essential as training will be provided
