Industry Capability Development team within Athena | Industry Capability Solutions are seeking the expertise of a Curriculum Support Specialist to work with the National Manager for Industry Capability. This project is responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of the training curriculum and associated initiatives that underpin the organisations accreditation and training models for the external workforce.
Having built a new simulation training facility and continuing to develop solutions to meeting training and accreditation needs, we are seeking someone who can:
• Consolidate and document consultation and feedback on national training package products, non-accredited training/accreditation requirements, and assessment tools.
• Support the management of internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure BAU processes for distribution of documentation for external users
• Streamline complex processes
• Focus on continuous improvement initiatives to review training requirements in a rapidly changing environment
• Develop instructional documentation relating to training, standards and equipment use.
• Related activities as required
Experience:
• Training organisation experience and a deep understanding of curriculum and assessment development processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Project Management Skills with a sharp focus on key deliverables
• Thrives in complex, agile and hands-on environments
Initial 6 month contract - Possible extension
