The Company

Seeking a switched on Senior Administrator/ Personal Assistant to work for a dynamic and fast paced team based Werribee. This role will be temporary for at least ten weeks with opportunity for extension.

 

The Role

Working closely with the Recruitment & HR Teams, your main responsibility will be to coordinate the administration of recruitment for all contractors within the organisation.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Coordinate resourcing of temporary employees and contractors within the organisation in a timely manner
  • Prepare temporary employee documentation
  • Assist with the on-boarding process of new starters
  • Ensure all documentation and records are kept up to date
  • Maintain the Contractor Register
  • Provide reporting to internal and external stakeholders
  • Follow up with managers and provide feedback to agencies
  • General administration and data entry for the HR team

 

What you will need to succeed?

  • Experience in a fast paced administration or coordination role within a fast paced environment
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience within recruitment or HR will be desirable but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with conflicting priorities and high volume requests
  • Be discrete at all times and have experience dealing with confidential information
  • A "can-do" attitude and ability to deal with all levels of employees within a national/global firm
