We are celebrating 29 years supporting local job seekers and businesses throughout Western Sydney with casual and permanent recruitment. We are a small, fun, professional team, who work closely together to achieve results.
Due to a restructure in our business we are seeking a positive and upbeat casual Receptionist /Resourcer to fill this very important position within our business. For the right candidate this may open up permanent opportunities within our team.
This is a newly combined role and we anticipate that your mornings will be spent on reception, followed by the afternoon in our back office working as a Resourcer.
This role may suit a past recruiter who is looking to reduce their long hours and step back into more of a administration/ resource focused position.
Your days will never be the same and you will have total control and responsibility of our front desk reception, administration functions and your candidate files when resourcing.
Your day to day responsibilities will cover:
- Answering incoming calls
- Meet, greet, and announce visitors
- Manage candidate registration process
- Administer assessments and log all information into our data base
- Assist team with adhoc administration requests
- Your resource role will see you screening, interviewing and reference checking applicants to fill our temporary roles
Essential skills and attitudes
- Experience working in the recruitment industry as a Receptionist, Resourcer or a Consultant who is looking to step back into a support position
- Professional with outstanding interpersonal skills including the ability to use initiative and problem solve
- Highly skilled PC user- Word and data entry
- Be detail minded and procedural driven with exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to multi task and prioritise effectively
- Professionally presented,with a friendly and energetic telephone manner
- Customer service focused at all times
- WH&S understanding with a commitment to continuous internal learning in this area
