About the dealership:
Position Overview
We are currently seeking a stock controller to join our very busy and highly varied Stock Control department to support us with this growth.
This great opportunity will see you preparing vehicles for delivery and the accurate maintenance of our IMS inventory system.
What the role entails:
- Effective time management to ensure prompt deliveries
- Completing stock swaps as necessary
- End of month reconciliations
- Accurate maintenance of our IMS inventory system
- Provide general support to our sales department as required
- General Housekeeping
What we are looking for?
- Strong administration skills, great customer focus
- Advanced Microsoft office skills, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong time-management ability
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships with people
- Knowledge of Motor Dealership systems and basic understanding of automotive industry is highly regarded
