KinCare Group is a privately owned Australian business that is at the forefront of the provision of in-home care services across Australia. A highly regarded and innovative organisation, we hold a wealth of expertise and experience in aged care, disability and allied health services.
KinCare is going through a significant transformation agenda as we move into a retail environment with the deregulation of the in-home care market and as such is now entering into another exciting period of growth. The role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Team Assistant / Receptionist to support our QLD team in our Murrarie office. Having a high attention to detail and being able to multitask are key to your success in this fast-paced environment. No two days as an Administrative Officer are the same, but some of the tasks to keep you busy are:
- Scheduling meetings and organising agendas
- Managing travel arrangements
- Supporting the team with administrative duties such as uploading of documents and ensuring data is accurate
- Answering and making calls to internal and external customers
We are looking for resilient individuals, who eagerly welcome change and keen to help us improve as an organisation. Demonstrated Administrative experience and an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders are vital.
