Your new company
This national textile manufacturing organisation has a large warehouse and corporate office within the South-Eastern suburbs. They are seeking an experienced and friendly receptionist to be the face of their busy office on an ongoing temporary basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming calls
- Meet and greet customers, clients and stakeholders
- Keying in orders
- Update database regularly
- Ordering office supplies
- Managing all incoming and outgoing mail
- Scheduling courier pickups
- General filing, photocopying and scanning documentation
- Maintaining a clean and tidy front office
What you'll need to succeed
- Professional presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work automously
- Previous reception and switchboard experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office software skills
- Knowledge of MYOB software
