We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator who is willing to work in a fast paced work environment and who will be responsible for providing high quality customer service in a timely manner. 

Selection Criteria

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

  • High attention to detail, and high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting, where you will be accountable for your own work
  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar Customer Service and/or Administration role
  • Preferably, experience in JDE and Ariba 
  • Willingness to work hard and continuously learn and improve themselves
  • A positive and 'can do' attitude 
  • Ability to take initiative and find practical solutions in a timely manner
  • Ability to multi-task and work across multiple tasks at any one time and remain focused and organised in a high pressure, fast paced environment
  • Ability to prioritise workload to effectively support a busy department
  • Strong organisational skills and a desire to drive process efficiencies
  • Excellent team member and communicator both verbal and written 

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Managing Premier Customer Service

  • Order entry
  • Expediting
  • Sorting invoices and entry
  • Dealing with invoice discrepancies
  • Investigating and processing credit
  • Continuously look into opportunities to improve relevant processes and make suggestions accordingly

Assisting with Reception Duties (where required)

  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Assisting with customer inquires
  • Entering con notes to JDE
  • Saving POD’s
  • Arranging couriers
  • Processing EFT payments
  • Managing meeting room bookings
  • Prepare and maintain meeting room for bookings
  • Ordering stationary
  • Ordering PPE
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as required
