A fantastic opportunity exists for a full time corporate receptionist to provide first class front of house client service for KHQ Lawyers, a CBD boutique law firm. This rewarding role will have you working alongside a team of friendly administrative staff and lawyers and will include:
- Answering and directing all incoming phone calls.
- Greeting all clients/visitors.
- Managing and coordinating meeting room bookings.
- Arranging tea/coffees when required for meetings.
- General housekeeping of reception and meeting rooms.
- Basic data entry for our finance team.
- Booking couriers.
- Collecting and distributing mail plus posting mail items.
- Assisting with events and seminars.
- Maintaining kitchen.
- General administrative duties.
The successful candidate will have at least 12 months’ experience as a receptionist within a law firm or professional business and will possess the following attributes to be successful for this role:
- Be professionally presented.
- Excellent telephone and customer service manner.
- Be a good communicator, both written and verbal.
- Solid PC skills.
- Good listening skills.
- Good eye for detail.
