Clifford Wallace, Sydney's premiere supplier of casual hospitality staff, is seeking an experienced receptionists for a corporate floor based in Sydney's CBD. There is two roles available on a part time basis - one is 8am - 1pm and another is 1pm - 6pm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with executives and external stakeholders, welcoming guests, showing clients to meeting rooms, assisting the catering team with coffee orders, overseeing the cleanliness and organisation of the floor, data entry/invoicing and other ad hoc administrative duties like answering phones and booking meeting rooms.

To be successful in this role, applicants must have:

  • Administrative experience in a corporate setting of at least 2 years
  • Switchboard experience
  • Experience with scheduling of meeting rooms
  • Exceptional English communication skills
  • Computer literate with good understanding of Microsoft Office package
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming
  • Some hospitality experience an advantage
  • Some barista experience an advantage
  • Flexible Monday to Friday availability
