We are looking for a vibrant Delegate Services Manager to take care of our delegates in the very best manner. The role is busy and varied and is perfect experience to develop your customer service career or for a driven candidate looking to kick-start their career in the events industry.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Be the main contact for delegates and assist them with their enquiries
  • Registering delegates into the  registration system
  • Managing accreditation with regulatory bodies and industry associations 
  • Managing verification and certification of delegate attendance 
  • Managing our individual and corporate subscriptions 
  • Organising internal training and social events
  • General office management including repairs, kitchen requirements, office supplies

Your skills and experience:

  • Exceptional customer service/support role over the phone, via email with great communication skills
  • Event management qualifications or experience would be perfect but not essential
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and non-verbal communication techniques, conflict management and rapport building
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, including writing, editing and proof reading
  • Numerate and enjoy basic accounts receivables
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • Confident in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with little supervision
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude
  • Lateral thinker who performs under pressure
  • Ability to remain focused, self-motivated and driven
