AHG is currently looking for a highly motivated and well organised Service Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills to work at Nuford in Wangara. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for Service Reception support to the service department. This will include taking incoming service calls, assisting customers, filing of service related documents and providing general assistance to service personnel. This role is initially a 6 month full time position with a possibility of going permanent part time thereafter. 

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:  

• Answering the Phone in a timely manner
• Update repair orders as required.
• Complete service banking.
• Follow up back orders of parts in a timely manner.
• Assist with service customer inquiries.
• Log all telephone calls as required.

To be successful in this role you will need to have the following:

• Desire to deliver exceptional customer service;
• Exceptional organisational skill
• Exceptional phone manner
• Superb interpersonal skills.
• Previous Service Department and ERA experience preferred.
