Working within a tight Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients within the Healthcare space. This is a great opportunity to take your experience in administration and customer service - contact centre or face-to-face - and develop your skills to a higher level. Your Day-To-Day:
- Respond to incoming client enquiries by phone and email
- Provide extensive assistance and support to clients and consultants around varied administrative and application processes
- Learn and comprehend complex regulations and procedures within the healthcare space
- Manage account administration including ensuring the database and internal systems are up to date
- Assist consultants with managing their diaries and meetings
- Provide extensive assistance around various procedures, legislations and regulations, providing status updates on applications, organising documentation etc.
- Work with confidential information and documentation
Who you are:
- Experience in busy admin or customer service roles - minimum of 1 years experience required, more is ideal
- Must be articulate, personable and professional with exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Hard working and driven - we want someone who will put their hand up if they spot something that could be improved on
- Higher education, preferably a Degree within Health
