Reception/Administration Officer Alice Springs (Part Time) An exciting opportunity exists to join the staff of Relationships Australia NT, in Alice Springs in the above additional position. This position will undertake a range of reception and administrative duties including assisting clients, financial tasks, information management and some small project management work. Key skills for this position include: A confident and outgoing approach with excellent communications ability and telephone manner. Proven reception and front office operations experience. A mature outlook and the ability to respond sensitively and appropriately to distressed callers. Experience working with client records in a secure and confidential manner. Ability to work in a challenging environment and as part of a small team. A high level of initiative, flexibility and time management skills. High level of Microsoft Office skills.
