Dex Group is a well established Promotional Products Supply company servicing promotional distributors across Australia, New Zealand and USA. We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Sales Administrator to join our friendly team in Melbourne.

 

IMMEDIATE START

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

The role is a fantastic opportunity to build your career in promotional products, marketing, advertising and/or administration. Your daily duties and responsibilities will include but not limit to:

  • Handling general enquiries - answering phone calls and emails,
  • Processing orders and artworks from start to finish (we expect to handle 20-30 orders per day),
  • Liaising with clients and internal production team,
  • Organising and processing samples requests,
  • Support the team and assist with other administration duties
  • Attend to trade show exhibitions if required

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Adobe Illustrator (essential), MS Office (essential), and MYOB (some experience is preferred but not essential),
  • 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar customer service, design, sales or office administration role is preferred but not essential,
  • Experience in the promotional products, printing, advertising or marketing industry will be highly regarded
