About the role
The position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible of the delivery of a timely, efficient and effective executive support and to provide effective day to day corporate and office administration support.
Skills and experience
- Provide executive officer support to the Chief Executive Officer
- Facilitate the efficient flow of material received on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer distribute and action or follow up as required
- Coordinate / manage meeting arrangements
- Compile meeting agenda/briefing documents and background research required for meetings and appointments
- Collate information and / or compile documents to meet corporate and board responsibilities
- Provide administration support
Selection criteria
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in an Executive Support Officer or intermediate administration level role
- High level of organisational skills and the ability to manage time and conflicting priorities effectively and efficiently
- Proven strong internal relationship management skills
- Experience in undertaking small projects
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Well organisd, flexible and a proficient multi-tasker
- High level of computing skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, MYOB)
