The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Rental Administrator to join the Team in our Inner West branch. Reporting to the Hire Controller, the purpose of the role is to ensure the effective coordination of the Rental machine fleet and associated operational activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare Rental Quotes & Rental Agreements in Baseplan
- Manage PPSR registration for each Rental Machine prior to machine release to customer
- Manage Rental Equipment Billing Process in our inhouse systems
- Process end of rental procedures utilising Inhouse Software.
- Physical stock management including asset stocktake counting and reporting
- Co-ordinate all machine and attachment activities including identification, inspections, storage and transport.
- Support of Hire Controller, Operations Manager and Business Development Team.
The knowledge, skills and abilities we're looking for
- A minimum of two years' experience in Rental or Sales Administration within the earthmoving / capital equipment, Transport industries or similar will be highly regarded.
- High level organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
- Previous supervisory experience in a Rental Equipment Business or similar well regarded
- Proven advanced abilities in Excel, Microsoft Word and proficient user of Microsoft Outlook
