Rheem Thermal is a division of Rheem Australia and based at Revesby, we offer an extensive pool heating product range to clients of every size and scope.
As market leaders, we are looking for the best people to join our team.
The overall responsibility is front desk receptionist, however the role also has a strong emphasis towards administration and general assisting with a range of office assistant type tasks. The role is critical in promoting our organisation as one which is professional, flexible and responsive to our customers needs.
Tasks include:
- Customer/contractors letters, warranty returns, warranty calls and arranging warranty bookings, entry of warranty reports. Liaising with contractors and arranging warranty parts.
- Preparation of contractors invoices
- Answering the front desk phone and customer greeting
- Data entry
- Compiling heat pump manuals, general filing, incoming and outgoing mail
- Provide administration to the sales team
- Spare parts quotes, orders and payments
SAP experience would be well regarded as would previous experience in reception and spare parts.
