The Company
This reputable business has recently gone from strength to strength and they now seek the expertise of two Customer Service Officers to support various lines of business and run front office switchboard management. Our client will provide a rewarding and stable opportunity in a friendly and cohesive work environment.
The Role
As the Customer Service Officer, you will be reporting the Office Manager and working in a team of 5, however at times will be working autonomously. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, document control and inbound customer service. This role will be high volume, however you will have the support of a wider team.
While this role is a Customer Service position, career growth is encouraged internally and as the business is rapidly growing, you will over time, have the opportunity to up skill.
Your Profile
This role is ideal for a hardworking administration professional who is comfortable in working autonomously and in a team environment. As the successful applicant you will have relevant experience within CRM software, switchboard management and data processing. You will also have excellent communication skills, organization skills and be extremely driven.
