This role will assist in the provision of services to CPL clients and their families by ensuring all data entry and administrative requirements of set up and service delivery are performed.

In this exciting new position you will work closely within a team in our Brisbane CBD offices, transitioning our client contracted funding arrangements to the NDIS. This is a role for a switched-on administrator who can pick up new systems quickly, has excellent attention to detail and is used to financial administration. Responsibilities include:

  • Liaise with key external stakeholders including funding bodies and work with the Portals and Claims Team Manager to support full transition to NDIS.
  • Manage correspondences and matters in regards to grants management in consultation with the BSU Manager - Portal and Claims.
  • Receive and review monthly grant reports. Monitor grants changes, record and maintain the Funding Grants Database in relation to changes.
  • Assist with all grant reporting and acquittals as required under the terms and conditions of the Services Agreement.
  • Some state travel may be required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role where strong administration skills are key
  • Experience and skill with database / financial systems
  • Well-developed interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational and analytical skills
  • Ability to effectively problem solve
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level computer literacy
