Are you passionate about providing a fantastic level of customer service whilst being the face of your client’s brand?

MAYDAY Recruitment are very excited to be on the hunt for an exceptional Receptionists to provide friendly and professional front-of-house greetings and a warm service to on-site clients.

This opportunity will provide administrative support as well as developing a professional connection to clients and members, joining a passionate team who provide full training.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:
  • Greeting clients and guests in a warm, professional manor
  • Answering the phone for both on site and virtual guests with great etiquette
  • Organising couriers and managing mail
  • Liaising with clients regularly regarding ad-hoc requests
  • Maintaining offices to the highest standard
  • Managing payments and charges for the business
  • Junior Account Management duties
