Sales Co-ordinator
We are seeking a warm, vibrant and diligent individual with a passion for great products, design and the highest levels of customer service to join our clients team. The role is a full time position with the opportunity to develop a professional career within the gift lines, toys, stationery and art supplies area. Desired skills & experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- A willing, can-do attitude with exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organised and self-motivated, with experience in FMCG or fast paced supplier environment.
- Able to apply a common sense commercial approach to problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
- Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office - ideally with SAP or Pronto
Primary responsibilities
- Act as direct support to a National Sales Manager
- Prepare / assist with client presentations and pricing information.
- Processing, receiving and tracking orders - liaising with buyers assistants in an FMCG environment
- Raise, complete and send invoices
- Enter, update and maintain customer information
- Directly liaise with large National clients via phone, face-to-face, and emailing
- Liaise on a daily basis with international suppliers as well as the local team in the warehouse.
