Sales Co-ordinator

We are seeking a warm, vibrant and diligent individual with a passion for great products, design and the highest levels of customer service to join our clients team. The role is a full time position with the opportunity to develop a professional career within the gift lines, toys, stationery and art supplies area. As a market leader in this industry you will have the opportunity to work alongside an innovator with terrific and contemporary products.

Desired skills & experience

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • A willing, can-do attitude with exceptional attention to detail
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with experience in FMCG or fast paced supplier environment.
  • Able to apply a common sense commercial approach to problem solving
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
  • Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office - ideally with SAP or Pronto

Primary responsibilities

  • Act as direct support to a National Sales Manager
  • Prepare / assist with client presentations and pricing information.
  • Processing, receiving and tracking orders - liaising with buyers assistants in an FMCG environment
  • Raise, complete and send invoices
  • Enter, update and maintain customer information
  • Directly liaise with large National clients via phone, face-to-face, and emailing
  • Liaise on a daily basis with international suppliers as well as the local team in the warehouse.

Our client is based in Melbourne’s outer east - Keysborough and is seeking local applicants.
