We are currently advertising for a junior resource administrator and receptionist who is career driven and ambitious to join our team!

About the role

Premier People place casual workers in our clients businesses across a number of sectors including: Shut down maintenance; Admin and Clerical; Age Care and Health. To ensure our client's needs are met 100% of the time, it is imperative that we maintain a constant recruitment; screening and onboarding process, in order to welcome new people in to our business.

The role of the resource administrator is perhaps one of the most important roles in the company. Without you, we would have nobody to work with!

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  1. Write and upload job advertisements on regular basis and as required by mobilization team
  2. Screen candidate resumes and progress candidates through application process
  3. Maintain company presence in the social media platforms (LinkedIn; FB and Instagram)
  4. Update candidate employment files and request renewed expired training
  5. Save and document required files appropriately in soft and hard copy
  6. Advise candidates of required training to progress in roles applied for
  7. Maintain compliance with candidate on boarding requirements (100%)

 

In this role there is an uncapped bonus structure with various KPI's attached.

Skills and experience

Since this is a junior position (entry level) ALL on the job training will be provided. You will probably be requested to undertake some formal training through an educational institute (at the company's expense) in the disciplines of: Business administration; Human Resources.
