They are currently seeking a vibrant and positive Corporate Receptionist to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis with potential to permanency for the right candidate.

Your new role

• Management of incoming calls and emails
• Meeting and greeting visitors and creation of passes
• Ordering of office supplies
• Event management - catering, team events
• General adhoc duties

What you'll need to succeed

• Prior experience in a similar Corporate Reception setting
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Vibrant and positive personality
• Intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
