The ULA Group is an internationally recognized Visual Solutions provider, leaders and specialists in all facets of LED screen technology, visual media, architectural, entertainment, stage and studio lighting.

An exciting and diverse position has become available for a multi-skilled administration officer.

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Actively participating with the sales team to drive revenue growth and exceed monthly targets;
  • Provide back-end support to the sales team and internal departments;
  • Maintaining and updating all sales interactions in our ERP and CRM Systems;
  • Recording and monitoring of demo stock movements ensuring processes are followed and stock is accurately tracked;
  • Weekly update of sales pipeline;
  • Weekly sales reporting against budget;
  • Accounts receivable including collections;
  • Travel bookings for sales team;
  • Assist with preparation client training days;
  • Adhoc duties when required.

 

Our Key Requirements:

  • Knowledge of True ERP (would be an advantage but not essential);
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Well presented with exceptional customer service focus
  • Proactive and reliable team member
  • Exceptional phone manner
  • A positive 'Can Do' attitude

 

You will be based at ULA Group Ashmore office and reporting to the National Sales Manager.
