We are on the lookout for a marvellous and dynamic Office Manager to join our Sydney team in a hybrid role touching on admin, marketing and people centric skills.With a background in Marketing, Design and or Communications and 2+ years industry experience working in a variety of environments in admin, marketing support and/or project coordination roles, you are eager to hit the ground running and constantly strive for success and career development.
A natural people person, you have a bubbly and enthusiastic nature whereby you thrive on helping others and strive for excellence in all of your diverse day to day tasks. Your passion for all things creative and design are a big part of your personality. Knowledge and insights into the creative industry (brief interpretation, market trends, awards etc) and recruitment processes (screening, interviewing, short listing etc) would be highly advantageous in this role.
As a strong and natural communicator, you have a knack for building rapport with all those you encounter (clients and candidates). Your communication skills span written as well – confident producing monthly newsletters, proof reading adverts, helping with CV’s etc.
Highly organised, fast and meticulous, you enjoy multi-tasking, are a creative problem solver and love dealing with a range of stakeholders, suppliers and your awesome team across Melb and Syd!
