Client Services and Trading Executive role in industry leading company based in the Inner-West. 65-70k+Super.

Your new company
This well-established, specialist manufacturing and production Company is looking for a full-time Client Services and Trading Executive to join their Client Services and trading team.

Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for:

• All client on-boarding, including application review, file organisation and follow-up with clients,
• The customer service function to facilitate training and development,
• Client liaison,
• Manage all incoming jobs as required, assign job numbers and track progress accordingly,
• Creation of contracts for customers and counterparties,
• Any other duties as required by management,
• Reconcile outturn and lock in pricing as required against lock-in or outturn positions,
• Ensuring compliance with reporting obligations.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you must have:

• Excellent customer relationship, communication and dispute resolution skills,
• Strong ability to analyse financial data,
• Reasonable mathematical and spread sheeting skills,
• Ability to work logically and think intuitively,
• Exceptional attention to detail,
• Time management skills,
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
