Lambourne Partners prides itself on being a progressive accounting firm offering a friendly work environment with an emphasis on professional and personal development.

We currently have an opportunity for a friendly, enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full time Administration Officer.

This Role will be diverse and see you supporting two partners.  The responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing the Partners with high level administrative support
  • Preparation of general correspondence and letters
  • Liaising with clients and staff alike to ensure client needs are meet in a timely manner
  • Liaising with various authorities in regard to the requirements of our clients
  • Attending to corporate secretarial and ASIC related matters
  • General administrative functions

About You

To be considered for the position, you must possess relevant qualifications, skills and experience in the following key selection criteria areas:

  • Proven organisational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferably within an accounting practice
  • Computer literate including advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience with accounting software in particular Xero would be looked upon favourably
