Job Description:

  • Coordinate any new vehicle installs with both the client and the installation provider.
  • Update CRM Database and any other tools with correct information promptly once any work is done in accordance with Fleet Complete’s QA requirements.
  • Creation of purchase orders for installation contractors.
  • Obtaining quotes for clients and receiving purchase orders for works.
  • Coordinate any stock removals or refits into existing client’s vehicles.
  • Contact clients to update them of all stages of their installation/technician requirement.
  • Coordinate Technician Attendance including Accreditation.
  • Updating database with up to date Installer information.
  • Keeping Installer information on file, insurances, WorkCover etc.
  • Follow-up with Technicians for confirmation of Supplier Invoices.
  • Approving supplier invoices for payment.
  • Stock allocation for orders.
  • Provisioning - Allocate devices to Fleet Complete Databases
  • Dispatching orders to clients, coordinating installs with delivery timing.
  • Arranging all dispatching whether for internal or external stakeholders.
  • Anything else required as a part of the Sales Fulfilment Team.
  • Potential to develop into a permanent role dependent on the applicant

 Skills required:

  • Good Microsoft Office software knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail.
