An outstanding opportunity has presented itself for a Business Support Officer within the utilities industry. The Business Support Officer will undertake a broad range of administrative support tasks and activities which contribute to the efficient operation of the HR department. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for administrative support tasks and activities.
Duties will include:
• Administrative support to HR, Recruitment, HR Systems and Payroll Teams as required
• Ensure accurate bookings, ordering and payments of goods and services
• Ensure accurate record keeping
• Accurate and timely input and production of reports
• Contribute to the production of accurate documentation process manuals for HR processes
Required Skills and Knowledge:
• Experience or qualifications within human resources
• Proven time management, planning and organisational skills
• Knowledge of SAP software advantageous
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Drivers licence
• Exceptional attention to detail
