We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Sunshine North. Reporting to the Management Accountant, you will be responsible to provide high level secretarial and administrative support to the Sunshine North branch. The role will also include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:

  • Administration support to the State Team and the Accounts team including scanning invoices and cross checking purchase orders.
  • Answer telephone calls in a timely manner.
  • Greet walk in guests and assist them with the online check in.
  • Office management including maintaining appropriate levels of office and kitchen supplies including stationary and staff amenities.
  • Organise meetings including catering, venue set up, diary notices, documentation and materials
  • Assist the Customer Service Officer entering Sales Orders.

To Be Successful

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Administrative Assistant with proven experience in office administrative and project support activities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Customer orientated, capable of competently liaising with internal staff and customers in a professional and pleasant manner.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goal orientated and effective time management skills required to meet set deadlines.
  • Demonstrating strong initiative and ability to work unsupervised.
  • Diploma or certification in relevant discipline would be considered an advantage.
  • Current Driver's license.
