Working with a wide variety of clients you will provide professional advice according to current legislation in a concise and friendly manner. You will build rapport easily and demonstrate your ability to work in an autonomous and busy role.
Client Details
We are proud to be working with this large organisation to enhance and expand their team in Brisbane. Due to an increase in enquiries they are seeking to expand their cross-site team. You will have the support of local and national colleagues but have the autonomy to manage your own case-load of complex matters. Their clients range from commercial businesses to a broad range of individuals.
Description
This role will include but not be limited to:
- Provide advice to clients via telephone, email and letter, tailoring everything to the needs of the individual circumstances.
- Analyse and apply relevant legislation, policies and procedures to provide advice in a timely manner
- Record communication on the in-house system
- Communicate effectively and adjust communication style accordingly
- Manage a large volume of work, meeting assessment targets and within the Quality Framework
Profile
To be successful in this role you will be able to interpret legislation easily.
A legal or professional background is preferred but the role would suit someone who is able to adapt in this environment.
Above all you need to be able to communicate and relate to the wider public and adjust your communication style as required.
