As part of our long term growth plans to be the most respected Property Investment Services organisation we are looking for a switched on and systems savvy Operations Manager to come and join our team.

Reporting to our Head of Operations, core responsibilities of this exciting hands on role include:

Drive and implement a range of projects and new initiatives across our core business operations (Office Management, Events, Project Management, Communications)
Lead a dedicated and service driven Office Management team
Design and introduce a range of effective tools, processes and initiatives to streamline processes and add value to the storage, retention and communication of key information
Work closely with IT to project manage and successful deliver change
Design and execute a range of innovative workflow management and communication strategies across the business including our intranet, online tools and other publications
Develop the tools, processes and framework to effectively Project Manage and deliver our longer term projects such as new intranet, new systems and implementation of new technologies.
Provide high quality administration support and service to our Head of Operations and Executive Management team

To be considered for this new opportunity you must have:

Minimum 3-5 years Operations Management experience
Strong Staff Leadership and Team Management experience with proven success delivering projects across core business operations during a period of change
A client facing, service driven and diplomatic individual who is resilient when faced with challenges
Systems savvy, switched on individual with an eye for detail and is passionate about introducing new processes and technologies
Prior success partnering with IT and other key stakeholders to effectively project manage and deliver a range of long term processes and initiatives
Strong Staff Leadership and Management experience in particular performance management, change management and all aspects of the entire employee lifecycle
Is well presented, an influential communicator and can achieve long term goals in an empowered environment
