We have an immediate opportunity for a customer orientated Showroom Receptionist in a front of house role for a large prestige dealership located in Rushcutters Bay.
Your new role will be primarily focused on meeting and greeting clientele and supporting the operational flow of the dealership and sales team on the showroom floor.
This is a permanent role working Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Your new role will include:
- Responding to all incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting clients and supporting sales team
- Distribution of mail and coordinating couriers
- Accurate data entry into the CRM and sales leads
- Barista duties as required
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in a corporate or customer service role
(automotive preferred but not essential) - Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Great team player
- A passion for customer service
