Due to growth we are seeking an outstanding Personal Assistant to join our expanding team. This role is perfect if you enjoy building relationships with your team, interacting with clients and proactively volunteering to offer your skills to be involved in various projects and team initiatives.

About the role
Working as a valued member of our growing Advisory team, you will be responsible for providing first class support for three Partners. You will be supporting key partners within the business who have demanding workloads therefore it is imperative that you can use your own initiative to truly support their unique needs. This is an outstanding role where you will be given lots of ownership, accountability and a huge amount of variety in tasks.

Key responsibilities will include:
Managing diaries and inboxes including managing conflicting schedules
Preparing slide packs, agendas and participate in projects
Building relationships with key stakeholders, team members, external clients and the wider business
Preparing proposals/bids/tenders for client work including formatting, inserting complex diagrams, charts and content
Co-ordinating client events and functions
Booking travel arrangements including flights and accommodation for Partners
Providing ideas/suggestions on how things can be done more efficiently/effectively process improvements
Managing timesheets, WIP, invoicing and expenses for Partners and the wider Director group
Drafting team communications on behalf of Partners

About you
This role would be suitable for a confident, outgoing candidate who is able to manage upwards and clearly communicate. You will interact and engage with your partners and have a strong working relationship to ensure you work together effectively and efficiently. You enjoy a fast paced, high performing environment and you will be flexible to suit the needs of the individual partners. You are a self-learner who constantly thinks ahead, with an acumen for problem-solving.

You will enjoy working outside the scope of a usual PA role and be involved in projects and tasks relating to the partners individual workload. Being involved in different projects will really excite you!

Demonstrating high levels of initiative, lateral thinking and attention to detail - you are able to stay one step ahead of those you support. You can confidently anticipate their needs and requirements.

Advanced skills across the MS Office suite of products are required for this role. Assisting with many of the documents that we deliver to clients; a creative flair and keen eye for detail will be essential to your success. Previous experience in a similar role within a large organisation or Professional Services environment, or involvement with bids/proposals/tenders would be highly advantageous.
