About Pinnacle Rehab

We are an Occupational Rehabilitation provider, and our allied health staff help people to return to life and function following an injury. We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to lead a small team of professional administration staff to keep our office operating efficiently, and guide the admin team through a period of change and growth in our business.

About the role

Our Admin Manager manages a small team of administration staff. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role is a really important role within our business. A keen attention to detail, leadership and communication skills are essential to this key position.

Skills and experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience within an office/Accounts/Admin role (strong administrative skills)
  • Previous Management experience 
  • Exposure to IT systems and software
  • Organised and effective time management skills
  • Positive and have a can do attitude
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Initiative and proactive approach 
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • High standard of professionalism
  • Ability to be flexible within the role and have the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a high pressure office
