We are currently seeking an Administration Assistant / Office Assistant to join an accountancy firm based in St Leonards, working in collaborative team environment.

As the Administration assistant your responsibilities will include: 
  • Administration assistance for all groups of the business
  • Administrative duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning and archiving
  • Greeting clients
  • Email and diary management
  • Mail management including dealing with couriers
  • Set up boardroom in preparation for meetings
  • Prepare new employee induction packs
  • Assist with marketing activities

The successful administration assistant will have: 
  • Previous office admin experience within an accountancy firm
  • Australian Citizen 
  • Well presented
  • Microsoft office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication sills
  • 'Can do' attitude and willingness to learn
