As the Administration assistant your responsibilities will include:
- Administration assistance for all groups of the business
- Administrative duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning and archiving
- Greeting clients
- Email and diary management
- Mail management including dealing with couriers
- Set up boardroom in preparation for meetings
- Prepare new employee induction packs
- Assist with marketing activities
The successful administration assistant will have:
- Previous office admin experience within an accountancy firm
- Australian Citizen
- Well presented
- Microsoft office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent rapport building skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication sills
- 'Can do' attitude and willingness to learn
