What we're looking for
We have TWO positions available for this role:
- Casual: $23 per hour. Full-time hours required - Perfect for backpackers looking for 9-5 Mon-Fri office work.
- Full-Time: A full time position also exists. Salary to be advised during interview process.

About the Role
You will be responsible for ensuring that Company compliance processes are followed accurately and in a timely manner. You will also communicate with users to ensure that all SLAs are met and processing charges for SLAs that are not met.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitoring ticketing system to ensure SLAs are met
- Liaising daily with users via phone and email.
- Assisting with store compliance queries.
- Deal with incoming emails, answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls.
- Carrying out routine administrative duties such as filing and post.
- Support colleagues with ad-hoc requests and reporting
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not required.
