About the role:
We are currently seeking an organised, service focused Administration Officer to join the team at Goonawarra Aged Care Facility, located in Sunbury VIC, working Mondays to Fridays.

The successful applicant will have:
- Previous administration experience in the Aged Care industry will be highly regarded
- A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
- A positive attitude with good communication skills
- Organisation skills and high attention to detail
- An ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively
- Outstanding teamwork
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Managing resident's accounts and receipting
- Assisting with the management of multiple application systems
- Document and data control
- Facilitating communication with residents and families
- Assisting the Facility Manager with the roster
