About the role
Located in the CBD, our client is seeking a Superannuation Administrator to work on a temporary basis.  To be considered for this role you must hold a current National Criminal History Check or a SAPOL Police Clearance.

Key Duties

• Answer inbound member enquiries to provide general account information and being able to handle at times challenging situations
• Identify opportunities to provide personalised solutions
• Build strong relationships with members to achieve the best possible experience
• Other ad hoc duties as required 

 
Skills & experience

• The successful candidate will ideally have some exposure to insurance underwriting and an understanding of medical terminology 
• Basic knowledge of the superannuation and life insurance industry will be highly regarded 
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent computer and systems skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience inbound calling or sales
