A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced, energised and proactive Construction & Settlement Administrator to support NSW Head Office Operations based in Smeaton Grange.

Reporting to the Regional Manager of NSW, this role will support the Ready Built business from both an administrative and contracts management perspective. This role requires a strong sense of ownership whilst delivering our core business values in all dealings with stakeholders and customers.

Some of the tasks you'll be accountable for include:

  • Acting as the key point of contact for all Ready Built Sales staff with respect to offers, sales contracts, extensions, contract matters and settlements.
  • Coordination of settlements for NSW Display Homes.
  • Maintain the Ready Built stock list ensuring accuracy at all times.
  • Coordinate of all Ready Built pre-site activities, construction starts, completions and post construction care.
  • Support of internal reporting processes.
  • Coordinating Ready Built housing workflow across all projects ensuring effective business forecast and start profiles.
  • Communicate with external agents as required to maintain strong business relationship and a well-informed sales network.

To succeed, you'll need to demonstrate:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Developed understanding of effective office management and business support processes.
  • A strong understanding and proven experience in the residential construction or property industry.
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with all types of people.
  • Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to thrive under pressure whilst working autonomously.
  • Knowledge and experience of the new home construction industry.
