The role will includes supporting our Finance Manager, Support Team leader and Mobile Travel Members with data entry support.
The main responsibilities for this role include:
- Receipting Client payments
- Processing Supplier payments
- Reconciling weekly supplier accounts
- Allocating hotel/supplier commission
- Liaising with our Mobile Travel Members on a daily basis, both written and verbally
- Ensuring high customer service standards
Applicants must have:
- Administration experience (within the Travel Industry an advantage but not essential)
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and an excellent phone manner
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
