Our prestigious, Multinational Sales and Service Company is offering a rare opportunity for a Service & Accounts Administrator on a full time basis with immediate start.
 
This is a varied position responsible for assisting to Service Manager to allocate services to respective technicians, answer and re direct calls to our team members, answer customer enquiries and invoicing, process credit card payments.

This is a full time position at our office located at our Western Sydney Head office.

Hours are Monday to Friday.  9am to 5.00pm.

  • Sound knowledge in invoices / Quick Books and SIMMS (or similar program)

This rare opportunity is available for a candidate who is capable of hitting the ground running and adding immediate assistance during a busy period. A quick learner who is able to start the position with minimum direction will best suitable. 

Experience

  • Previous service planner experience, co-ordinator role, invoicing management
  • 2 to 3 years' experience in a high volume call centre
  • Solid negotiation skills
