Our prestigious, Multinational Sales and Service Company is offering a rare opportunity for an Administrative Assistant on a full time basis with immediate start.
This is a varied position responsible for assisting to finance and admin team by re direct calls to our team members, answer customer enquiries and invoicing, process credit card payments and chase payment of outstanding accounts as directed by our Service & Finance Managers.
This is a full time position at our office located at our Western Sydney Head office.
Hours are Monday to Friday. 9am to 5.00pm.
The Role
This role is ideal for a candidate who is keen to learn and expand their skills. It is diverse and busy role, each day entails a combination of reception and other admin duties. These include:
- Reception - answering phones and directing calls, greeting visitors, providing refreshments, etc.
- Entering information into the database related to "Salesforce", record calibration activities and track progress.
- Mail collection and distribution.
- Invoicing.
- Photocopying, faxing and filing.
- Ordering and distribution of stationery.
- Mail-outs.
- Assisting the team with admin tasks.
The Person
- Must have a professional demeanour with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous reception/admin experience desirable.
- A work history of being reliable and punctual.
- A flexible attitude to work reflected in a willingness to "get the job done" and help out others.
- MS Office proficiency including Word, Excel and Outlook
