The primary objective of this role is to provide a high level of general operational support for the day to day running of the Drives Business, to enable the team to achieve the operational and quality targets and ensure compliance to the ABB Policies.

Tasks:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

• Work closely with business to ensure smooth delivery of customer service processes
• Provide support for the business, through a firm understanding of the tools, systems, policies and procedures
• Create and maintain aids to simplify processes, and reduce delays in relation to Customer Service
• Working with the Operations Manager and the Divisional Quality Manager to perform risk and gap analysis, training needs analysis
• Maintain Master Data records for customers and materials
• Ensure safe working procedures and practices are followed at all times
 

Key Requirements Includes:

• Minimum 3 years’ of experience in a similar operations role
• Ability to communicate to all levels of the business
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft office & SAP
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and high attention to details
• A high level of attention to detail, with prior experience implementing and managing systems & processes
• Qualifications in Quality and/or Auditing will be highly regarded
