Our company is a very fast growing social servicing company located in Burwood, Victoria. We provide professional cleaning and related services to our clients across Victoria. We have gained great reputation in the market and the size of our client base is increasing quickly and steady.

We are currently looking for an office manager as well as an office assistant to perfect the most important part of our business that is completed in our head office.

The main concept of our business is to meet the needs of our clients with professionalism and top class quality, thus client-focused attitude is very important.

We understand how to look after our staff, so all your contributions to our company will be highly rewarded with respect and appreciation. 

The role involves all the basic office work such as answering phone calls and emailing clients, making appointments for sales team and maintaining office paperwork flow. It is a easy but also challenging position as it is the core of the whole business.

In order to meet the basic requirements of the job, you will need to have the following skills/ abilities

- Very good English and communication skills, including verbal and written skills

- Strong time management and task management skills

-Basic computer skills

- Can-do attitude

- Team player

- Attention to details

- Long-term visa with full time working condition

- Basic Mandarin speaking (Not compulsory but beneficial as we have a big Chinese client base)

- No experience requirement as training will be provided but has to meet the above requirements
