Twisters Gymnastics is looking for a customer service officer to join our administration team. This role would be suitable for a student or a parent returning to the work force who has flexible hours.
You will be working at our front desk dealing with the most important part of our business, our customers.
As the customer service officer you will:
- Meet and greet existing and new families.
- Respond to internal and external enquiries via face-to-face, email and phone.
- Manage and work with internet based database.
- Perform general administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone:
- Who is available for both weeknight (generally 3:30 - 6:30pm) and weekend hours (Sunday 9 - 2pm).
- Has a warm, approachable manner and excellent communication skills.
- Enjoys being part of a team.
- A bubbly personality that looks forward to dealing with children and their parents.
