Our client is seeking a Corporate Receptionist who is professionally presented and has exceptional customer service skills to join them as the face of their practice.  They are a forward thinking, modern and innovative Top Tier Global Law Firm who bring premier legal solutions to their high-profile clients.  They pride themselves on top-tier professionalism whilst still having a friendly and down to earth culture and being a great place to work. This is a part time opportunity working Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 2 pm on a 12 month contract. 

As the ideal person for this role you will understand and embrace the importance of dedicated client service.  As you will be the first point of contact with a lot of high profile clients it is essential that you are professionally presented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering calls and passing on messages to the relevant person
• Meeting and greeting clients in a courteous, professional and friendly manner
• Board room and meeting room set up – ensuring meeting rooms are kept tidy
• Keeping the reception area presentable at all times

We are looking for someone who has a strong 'can do' attitude, who is adaptable and always strives to use their initiative! No job is too big or small for you and you’re always more than happy to lend a helping hand when needed.
