We are currently seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract at our Sydney CBD office. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, friendly team and maintain your work life balance with flexibility in your start and finish time.
  
About the Role:
  
As part of our Client Services team this role is focused on the support and coordination of training schedules and registration for internal and external clients within our Assurance division. Key responsibilities include:
  • Process registrations and schedule training courses for our internal and external customers
  • Be the first point of contact for any internal or external enquiries
  • Follow up on customer queries to ensure appropriate actions are taken
  • Ensure client information is maintained and accurate in the database
  • Process workflows and assigned activities in Salesforce and SharePoint
  • Provide effective administrative activities to meet business and client requirements whilst building strong and positive relationships with customers at various levels
To be successful in this position you will have...
  • Previous experience in an Operational/Support role
  • Great communication skills especially via phone and email
  • Call Handling and issue management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management
  • Resilience and accuracy in a high volume environment
  • Well-developed client services skills and issue resolution
  • Advanced computer and operating systems literacy including office systems, managing workflows and database management
